1 person owning a majority share isn't the problem. Their mindset is.

Having multiple owners isn't gonna change that if they all think the same.
The odds are having a group of people sharing thoughts are slim to none....one redneck ass owner after another won't improve anything....you can get better results when different people share different views

Even in a group, you're going to get people that align with your thinking more often than not. Any business partnership is gonna have that.

An ownership group isn't gonna be a racist MF, a feminist, and an atheist.

I'm talking strictly business nothing else....having other opinions is better than one track mind person saying my way or the highway

I'm torn on ownership telling guys they have the job before they interview minority candidates. It's honestly just an unfortunate thing that's gonna happen. But I don't necessarily think it's wrong.

Look at it this way. You're a HC and your team needs a QB. You've scouted who's available (FA), and you think D. Carr is the guy for your offense. He comes for a visit,
and says he wants to play for your team. I can see wanting to be done with the process, and not letting him hang out there waiting to know the decision. But instead you have to bring in a minority QB for a visit. It's just wasting time for both of you.
