I wouldn't even say Udoka is out coaching Spo though he's made good adjustments throughout the series. Their defense doesn't take a dip much with Smart and Robert having missed games. With our best player looking like a shell of his former self due to his knee, Kyle looking cooked and Bam waiting till we're down 20 to pad his stats, it's like blood in the water for their defense. The paint is sealed off with Horford and Time Lord. They can focus on just defending our 3s. Even when we get open 3s, it's not the same quality as the Celtics just working their offense and breaking down the defense to get their looks
