Unless Quinn Snyder decides he wants to walk through that door you have to ride it out at least for this season and some of next. The lakers are simply built terribly.

The real question is how much longer are they giving Pelinka? He's tied their hands with poor decisions.
The real real question is why would you give pelinka that extension? Nigga used to be an agent too…Lol he sucks

Man being .500 got us as 8th in the standings.

I missed the days when 6-8th seeds in the East were all below .500.

How many of yall feel like the beat writer who covers your team writes good informative articles about them? Or do you get better info from twitter about your team by someone who not even local for your team?

Def not for the Knicks.

NY is wild man. The people enjoy their team being shitted on so the local and national media gives them what they want.

Wizards beat writer ain't worth shit. It's like they write fluff pieces for access but never drops anything exclusive.

As far as reading articles from your own beat writers it’s tough because they are almost always behind a paywall

but I like the ones for Miami for the most part (except Ira)

I get to read the washington post for free so I don't have that problem its just that she don't write good articles. I'm start reading the washington times and see how that goes.

Our best writers are informative when it comes to certain in house details like injuries but they all tote the company line and rarely break news when it comes to trades and signings.

Back in the VC days some of the beat writers used to be relentless. One dude went all the way to Florida to interview VC's family and exposed some shit about his estranged brother who if I remember correctly was a real grimey nigga. It got nasty. They exposed some shit about bosh too.
After that the team pretty much started trading access for positive favor and now that newspaper media fell off the only way to really get on as sports writers in Toronto is to pretty much be working with/for the teams.
