Just finishing a book called butler to the world. It's about how the UK especially London is the capital for shady money and how the government encourages it. They have deregulated so much they have no idea who bringing money in or how it's coming in. But once it burns them they trick the public to say there's nothing they could have done

Is it true that he almost brought another team if Chelsea didn't make the Champions League?

He was buying spurs. The legend is he was flying back to Russia they went over Stamford bridge and asked about Chelsea and the rest is history.

Chelsea was done ken bates told the team if they lose to Liverpool the club is finished beating Liverpool gave Chelsea a life line but if Roman didn't come in eventually Chelsea would have been bankrupt. Jesper Grønkjær, Roman and Zola saved Chelsea

The UK is so full of dodgy money the United States doesn't share certain information about cases they simply have said they don't trust Britain in this aspect
