There is technically no flops in that team though.
If I can be reasonably objective and this is based on the total 6 seasons (16/17 to 21/22) then...

Tier 1 - lived up to the hype
Kimmich
Donnaruma

Tier 2 - did well and have solid careers/credentials
Jesus
Dembele
Rabiot

Tier 3 - had a few good seasons but inconsistent for one reason or another
Dele
Sanches
Bellerin
Gaya
Tah
Romagnoli
