Yeah very good, he doesnt normally rush them in though... They often go out on loan, sometimes for couple seasons and get put in slowly... Alzate, Molder, Mac Allister, Sanchez being an example...

It will be different for Chelsea though, he will need quicker results... Mac Allister took ages to come good, he would never of got that at top 6 club...
