Peyton was in a different situation IMO. He was in the AFC with the Pats. That's like knocking a team for not coming out the East during the Jordan era. Also, the always tough (and 2x SB champs during his years) Ravens and Steelers.

Coming out the AFC during Manning's era was a tougher road than Rodgers' NFC era.
