Is the fact that players are stroger, faster, and more athletic a reason for the uptick in injuries compared to 15 years ago?

I would say this is tied into the 3s being shot at record levels, which drives up the pace of the game (and subsequently, wear and tear on the body), and can be correlated with injuries.....but I don't know shit. I still watch Kareem and Barkley clips.
