I misread what you said as they should only be allowed to transfer in conference. I agree now that I see what you really said.

In less than a month Arkansas have had 5 DBs enter the transfer portal. All players who start or get a lot of snaps.

And they have a total of 13 players in the portal.

Shit weird because they only can bring in a total of 32 players in this recruiting class and that includes HS and transfers.

If you sign 25 High School players and for each player that transfer out you can replace him with a transfer but only a max of 7 can transfer in even if 15 transfer out.



I can see schools and the NCAA changing shit up next year
