Find out if betting is legal where you live first.

Keep in mind, betting being legal and having fanduel or draftkings sportsbooks operating in your state are two different things.

Cause it can be a situation where betting is legal, but in state bookies arent allowed to take bets yet. In that case you can use an overseas bookie as long as they are registered in the US
