It’s the reason we have less wins by 14 pts or more than any other comparable team while he’s been here. Fanbase calls him “turtle Tom” because he turtles and stops being aggressive every time we get a lead.

Might be the only way. Oklahoma still pullin 5*'s nationally, that and linemen were my main concerns recruiting wise with Herman. Urb the only one I know that can close that type of gap quickly. Same time, he wants a few guys on staff at OSU, but dont want to do that to Day. Gonna take a lot Texas Tea money.

That’s what makes Texas a perfect situation. Herman’s support staff is already made up of a bunch of former OSU staffers that Urban trusts and has already previously hired.

If he comes here he would be able to retain a number of guys and minimize disruption to OSU, no other school gives him that option.
