According to the rule that is exactly right.

It can be called almost every play but will not and will only be called on the defense

I feel like the league makes the referees jobs harder. Refs gonna b blamed for alotta bullshit, but is the rule that shouldn't exist

The rule is so damn dumb. I can even explain.

Every time a player cuts a tall player legs from under them the head lowered and can be called every time.

And the rule is even more dumb because they will call it when they want to and even though ball carries lower their head damn near every time too

On that 3rd the WR lowered his head and no call though
 
Ay guys I haven't watched in about 3 years but do the saints still shit the bed on D while brees still airing it out because the run game is ass outside of a few good Brandon Ingram runs?
