The Pacers are in a good place. They really just need Miles Turner to take that next step offensively already. He needs to be way more agressive.
The Thunder on the other hand cant do anything. Adding some consistent shooters is the only real move that can help but they are way over the cap and wont be able to make any signifacant moves.
