If not I say destroy the nets and move them to seattle to become the sonics again and make the grizzlies an Eastern conference team

Yeah but then you have to create another expansion and I'm not a fan of 32 teams when 6-8 teams are consistently bad at a time already anyways.

Don't need two teams in NY
Expansion is gonna happen especially as time moves forward. That’s more revenue for the league. Vegas (Pacific Division), Seattle, (Northwest Division), Kansas City (Southwest), Louisville (Southeast Division), Pittsburgh (Central Division), Virginia/Baltimore/Etc

Diluted product means less revenue also though

Im gonna post this in here.

I say this with 0 hate. Just wondering what yall think.

Everyone keeps saying how hard the Clippers and the Nets play. And they do. So now everyone keeps saying how stars would be crazy not to join them.

My only thing is the reason these teams play so hard is because they dont have a star. As soon as you add a star or two, the whole play style changes, and the scrappyness goes away.

I feel like as soon as a real star joins either team, the whole culture will change.

What you stated might have some validity to it but I think it also depends on what star player those teams add. If Kawhi or Jimmy ( if he is on his best behavior) were to go to any of those teams I think not much would change because they both play defense and hustle as well as score

I wish a team would move to Newark and was really rooting for Newark to get the Amazon headquarters even though Raleigh NC was an option and would have been more benefical to me.

That Amazon move would have transformed the whole area and the money in brought it might have attracted a team.
That would have raised the cost of living. A team ain't worth that but why you can't pump your own gas in Jersey? I was out there last year and they wouldn't let us pump gas.

Maryland is expensive enough. They would have to build a new arena and we would be paying for it. I'm good. They would be trash anyway.
