Im not tripping on his Cavs stats b/c its a small sample size and its obvious he wasnt in their short, intermediate or long term plans, but some quick data says he's an ideal fit in Gentry's system which is more than I can say about Frazier
Harrison will probably come off the bench which is good b/c the second unit could use it
Just biding time until Elf is back healthy, but i still think another move or two via trade is coming down the pike

So todays rumors go that AD trade to the lakers is pretty much done, just waiting for Dec 15 when KCP becomes elgigible to trade. I think the Lakers are gonna be shipping out Lonzo and Ingram.
The other rumor is that the Celtics are involved now. Dont know what they are offering. I think Boston can offer more assests and picks but the Lonzo and Ingram have more upside from the players involved.
It kind of comes down to who AD is willing to resign with.
Which brings me to the third rumor. AD supposedly doesnt wanna play in LA with Bron.
All rumors so who the fuck knows.

The average person probably doesn't know if I'm keeping it a buck. I'm not saying they don't care, but NOLA is a small "big" city. What I mean is that, its the most populated city in LA last i checked, but its small in the sense that there is so much other shit to do on a weekday night vs going to an NBA game. There are jazz spots, eateries, etc... that people want to frequent on weekdays and weekends.
I mean, he plastered all downtown and is heavily involved in the community and shit, but thats what most superstars do.
The pelicans could win a title...they would be celebrated, but they will in all likelihood always be second fiddle to the saints. Even if the saints are terrible. They will still come out to support him.
I think this is way different than LeBron in Cleveland b/c he was homegrown. AD was drafted here, and as much as he's said the right things and has tried to make winning here a thing, unfortunately he still plays in the West, and both playoff exits have come to the eventual champion Warriors.
Again, if he bounces, it's kinda like, well, the pelicans have been on the clock since they drafted him...at least thats how i've viewed it. I wish i could get down there to see more games but its hard to make that kinda commitment living almost an hr away from the city then having to drive back to go to work the next morning and with me refereeing, my weekends are practically non existent until maybe Mid January.
I'm not gonna get into people I may or may not know that's affiliated with the organization b/c what's the point, but the sentiment is that Dell has been working non stop to facilitate some trades that at the very least, keeps AD in NOLA for the rest of this season. Now, just because he is working on them doesnt mean that they will come to fruition, but he not just sitting idle hoping someone calls him.
