I dont think the Sixers can get anything for Fultz that comes close to compensating a #1 pick and another high lottery pick.

Im sure some teams think they could fix Fultz, but nont of them would give anything for him.

The sixers best bet is to hope this shoulder specialist finds something wrong with him, or the therapist could fix him and have him build his trade value up a bit just to be able to get back a lottery protected first rounder.
