I seen this shit with my own eyes. Shit is crazy.
And if we bring honest....a lot of people could not afford the homes they in in the Bay Area without the help of the company they work for.
Outside of the pay , they help with closing and 25% of your mortgage for 5 yrs. the banks also favor them.
I learned it’s a lot of people gaming the system or visa versa.

This is why I would NEVER rent. I rather flip a house.

The problem with arm chair activism is that they aren’t outside enough to actually understand the cause they are fighting.

Ask a real landlord about how it is to rent to tenants when you got muhfuckas next door operating a fuckin PIGEON COOP, breeding dogs, and squatters, then tell me about capitalism vs an obvious socialist agenda.

One: some people cannot be trusted to rent properties. Not by black landlords, not by ANY landlords. So to demonize ALL landlords for not wanting to deal with these people is pure ignorance. If you haven't experienced it, your POV on it is miniscule.

Two: waaaaay more than half all that spout this shit wouldn't dare "invest" in free housing if y'all were given the genuine opportunity. If one of y'all won the Powerball for upwards of $100M+, how much would YOU be willing to put up in buying/renovating a property for a low-income property to move people in? I'm willing to bet that number would LOW as fuck.

My number wouldn’t be low as fuck but is 100 million enough to change around the housing in a whole city or region? Like if I won’t say like 600 million yes I would invest an ample amount into my community because we need it and it’s gonna benefit everybody. But you one of those anti socialism niggas is lazy type
