I seen this shit with my own eyes. Shit is crazy.
And if we bring honest....a lot of people could not afford the homes they in in the Bay Area with the help of the company they work for.
Outside of the pay they help with closing and 25% of your mortgage for 5 yrs. they banks also favor them.
I learned it’s a lot of people gaming the system or visa versa.
I hope I get this call!!!
The problem with arm chair activism is that they aren’t outside enough to actually understand the cause they are fighting.Bruh...my dad next door neighbor literally had to gut his house like 3...maybe 4 times. This muthafucca rented to...
- A group of drug dealers...house got raided twice
- A couple of crackheads...they demolished the inside of the house. Broke in our fuccin house while me and my dad was asleep, and stole his truck.
- A couple wit 3 kids...who turned out to be drug dealers themselves. Even had their 2 sons selling. Ended up hauling azzz and leaving everything behind. Apparently police showed up at the house across the street from them, so they go spooked and bounced. Lol!
Each time the owner had to renovate the house. Gutted everything. After the last couple...he decided to renovate one last time, then put it in on market to sell it. I know he was taking losses renting it out. Smh.
This is why I would NEVER rent. I rather flip a house.

Ask a real landlord about how it is to rent to tenants when you got muhfuckas next door operating a fuckin PIGEON COOP, breeding dogs, and squatters, then tell me about capitalism vs an obvious socialist agenda.

One: some people cannot be trusted to rent properties. Not by black landlords, not by ANY landlords. So to demonize ALL landlords for not wanting to deal with these people is pure ignorance. If you haven't experienced it, your POV on it is miniscule.Ok and that has what yo do with what people are going through

Two: waaaaay more than half all that spout this shit wouldn't dare "invest" in free housing if y'all were given the genuine opportunity. If one of y'all won the Powerball for upwards of $100M+, how much would YOU be willing to put up in buying/renovating a property for a low-income property to move people in? I'm willing to bet that number would LOW as fuck.
