This a real time example of just how damaging mentally being abused is and how it's not as easy as "just leave". It would be great if it was but it rarely ever is.

good on her for advocating for rehabilitation. I wish her continued health, safety and peace. What she is granting that man is maybe undeserved, but I can't fault her for trying to find a positive outcome from such a dark place.

He needs to have a longer probation period with the stipulation that he be in some of therapy the entire time. I honestly feel like a year and half is not enough time to rehabilitate physical abuse.
