I just had one done beginning of March. Family has history of colon cancer.
My 2nd one so far, go every 5 years tho from my 1st to 2nd I waited 7 years but I had to stop playing because my older sister found pollups when she go a few times and has to go every 3 years now.
Worse thing is the prep the day before.
All I did for mine was miralax and ducolax pills.
Miralax you mix half a bottle into 2 32oz bottles of clear Gatorade and take the 2 pills as instructed.
Drunk lots of water chicken broth and jello (non red) to eat... shitting all day
1st time I went they had me count down from 10. Was out by 6. Last time I went they were just talking to me and I woke up in recovery ish.
I aint trying to play with my health and if not for family history I would have never done it just on principle of someone playing in my ass while im knocked out. But is what it is. My mom passed away from it over a decade ago.

They told my no cigs weed or liquor. Kind of a contradiction but ya I did all that shit that day and ate a huge meal. Im all good.
