To be fair, he was quoting the DEI policy that’s been in place since 2013 (which he was called out about because he claimed he rescinded it in his first term). Either way, he was suggesting that all of the protected classes he mentioned were the issue.

As if a dwarf is somehow dumber because they’re a dwarf. Or amputees or other protected classes.
