lol Ok, but you're talking about Floyd, potentially the greatest boxer of his era.

You don't think Haney should take the fight?

The point I was making was that Canelo became a star off a fight that wasn't competitive. That makes absolutely no sense.

No I don't think he should take a rematch this year. Ryan cheated, he should have to work a little to get back to a top payday. He plead guilty to the New York commission, had to forfeit a milli I believe and he still in the public denying he did anything wrong at that they took away his biggest win. Fighting Pitbull ain't it. I'm a Haney fan and I paid for the first fight which he was winning until the knockdowns. I'm not putting money in racist ass Ryan's pocket this time.

I get your feelings about Ryan, but his racism or your willingness to pay for the fight are irrelevant as far as the fight itself goes.

Haney lost. You can say it was because Ryan cheated, those drugs don't really work like that. They aren't automatic win pills, especially in combat sports. Maybe they helped Ryan win. Maybe he just got the better of Haney. If Haney has any pride as a fighter and he really believes that he's better, he should want to run it back to prove that.

They took the W from Ryan, but that doesn't change what happened that night. The best way for Haney to remove that stain is to beat Ryan's ass.

Ryan was found with banned substance or substances in his system correct? He violated the rules and the win was rescinded correct? He has been suspend for a year and had to pay a milli fine correct? Up until the first knockdown Haney was winning the fight.

They took the W from Ryan because he CHEATED. Should Haney get his get back? Of course but I feel Ryan is the one who should earn a rematch and fighting Rolly ain't it.

All that's true. Ryan still beat Haney's ass, and you can't just chalk that up to the banned substances because they don't really work like that.

Haney ain't rushing to fight anyone of substance. All any of these dudes is Twitter bang, so if he is going to actually fight someone, why not go after the guy that beat his ass? Especially, since Haney believes that he's the better fighter and wants to prove it.

The way you're thinking about it is why I don't really care as much about boxing. All this "he should have earn a rematch." GTFOH Just fight.

I don't deny that Haney took a beating in that fight. He took more punishment than he ever has in his career as a pro. Haney is in talks to fight Jose Ramirez who is a way better fighter than Rolly is.

Bruh you got banned substances in your system AND you didn't make weight.

Imma easily attribute those advantages to his win.

You gotta make weight and be clean on you don't wanna asterisks. I don't care what Ryan fans say... Thats two crucial infractions. It completely makes everything that happened in the fight invalid for me.

From a sporting stance I agree with you.

From a competitive stance I don't. No one can say how much of a difference the weight or drugs made in that fight. The only way to definitively prove who is better is to run it back. Ryan is the cheater and the loser in all of this for sure, but if Haney wants to show who the better fighter is, he needs to beat Ryan. It's not enough to just say Ryan cheated.
