Actually this is false and a quick Google search of Dred Scott case would let you know that Black people in fact can be deported or considered not Americans or have citizenship. 13 & 14 amendment falsely acted like that the Dred Scott ruling isn't active but the ruling isn't dead and can be acted at anytime.

With that said not voting is stupid as fuck
