California is broke & has a $20 to $30 billion deficit. Anyone that thought they are going to see a penny in reparation is delusional. Cali might be Democrat by optics ;but is one of the most racist states base on what the southern poverty law center states . businesses have left California & that tax revenue stream has dried up . California has the highest electric rates , highest gas , highest housing cost , highest food cost , highest water rates , running a business in California will cost more because of all those cost .

We have been here for 15000-20000 years. Came from Asia, through Siberia, crossed into The Americas via the Bering Strait when there was still a land bridge.

Of course there's cultural similarities between some Native tribes and those that live in Siberia, there are physical similarities as well. I've mentioned this a couple of years ago in another thread.
