I have started watching this in the morning while getting ready for work. I'm about halfway through and i must say that it is not bad actually. What i wish they did was take out the instrumental for the singing parts and just do raw acapella, it would have been a weird mix of real, sad, and funny. I have been skipping through most of the singing so far unless there isn't much background instrumental.

I finished watching it and I didn't skip any of the musical parts that were shorter. I skipped through the longer one when the trial first started.

With that said...it was actually pretty good. I would have fallen asleep in theaters due to the singing, but at home it was a respectable conclusion to Arthur Fleck's story. I'm actually surprised by all of the negative reviews. I definitely plan to watch it again, but I would love an edited version without the background music during the singing parts.

This is a slog of a movie, especially when it comes to the courtroom scenes. I think one of the worst sins in a movie is it being boring and this shit was a chore to get through. I didn't mind the singing scenes as long as Gaga was involved. Says something that the best things about it is the production design and cinematography.
