I don't think the numbers are that bad. I think in this instance folks asked for something and got it. The problem with this is, as with many other policies that will help Black folks in general, is the folks giving pushback often do it under the idea that these policies should be only for Black folks benefits. And that's why alot of these policies which will help people overall are also being branded to show specific groups how it will help them too.

If she’s going to be prepared for any of these interviews, this is the one to be prepared for.
I’m glad she’s doing it though. They’ll still bash her no matter what afterward, but maybe she’ll get through to some.
