I played the first mission. Some Event Horizon vibes. Pretty decent 1st impression. Made it to the new planet and city. Visually it's great
I'ma get this when the mod community has had enough time with it

Wasn’t funner than Fallout. I didn’t like that every base looked the same and had the same color. If the war between Freestar Collective and UN type people was so deep those bases should have a little more uniqueness.
Traveling on the planets trying to use the map also aggravated me. Took forever to get to another settlement.
I feel like they could’ve did more with the companions. A lot of the folks your hire don’t get a story and I feel like that could’ve been added.

The dlc is aight. Final mission can be challenging. Also the performance on the dlc planet sucks

I’m waiting patiently for modders to star adding Star Trek inspired content. The Star Wars stuff if cool, but the crowds and NPCs don’t pull off the Star Wars feel

All my mods are ship related shit like no reactor limit, no grav drive weight penalty, engine/parts rotation, no pilot class requirement.
It’s a shame the space stuff is mostly mid, because I’m addicted to the shipbuilder

This is the next mod I'm getting but you have to buy it. $3 for a flying vehicle on planets. I got credits already when I got the premium edition so...fck it

lol the game isn’t trash.
I never played Skyrim or new Vegas so my only true experience of a Bethesda game was this one and it wasn’t that bad. Too many loading screens and there should be more varied areas on planets and what not. But behind all that, there is a game there
