I sat it in a corner against the house but the wind was so damn brutal it got it.
Yea I think they done growing. I'll definitely be prunning it in the off season. A lot of it getting cut off. Also had a little sap on some of the peaches none of em are edible though
My first cuke... Had to cut it early so its abit weedy and not as green as I would like but was hanging really low and touching the dirt, so it was prone to be eaten by some critters or going bad... Still, thats my first official veg grown this year!!!

This year has been tough for my garden. My plants aren't growing like they did last year. I think it's due to all the rain we've gotten and something is still eating up my collards, kale, and now my green beans
do you go out at night and take a look around?
Alot of the time my joints be fine in the daytime. Soon as that sun sets the worms, slugs and snails come out. I go out with a light and a thing of salt ready for battle lol

The weather over here has been playing havoc on my fruit plants too, weve had just about every season in one day, way too many times the last couple months... Think alot of countries are having this problem...
I saw on the news an interesting hack (due to the all the rain and the really humid weather, weve been getting tons of slugs too) he said try laying some sandpaper around your veg or pots (and not watering late in the evening)... Not sure how effective it is but may be worth a try...

Any of yall use mesh netting? I been using these joint to protect my tomatoes and other fruits from bugs and birds. You can get them in different sizes for whatever youre trying to protect.
Thats a great idea, didnt know they came in bag like shapes too...
I used a blanket like one to project my freshly planted greens and sprouts...
Picked a few tomatoes here and there though hopefully should start getting bumper crops in the next day or too... About time, its basically August already...
Finally picked more than one tomato at a time haha I really want the honey ones to hurry up and ripen though...
Also picked a pepper but it had a soft mouldy spot on it so was no good smh
Im swimming in cucumbers atm though, Im getting like 3 a day which is great but I cant them eat them quick enough!!! So think Im gonna start taking them to a food bank or something as my friends and family are getting fed up with them too haha

Ahh good idea, I might give that a go...
Theres only so many times you eat cucumber, I love them but I have had them with my dinner and lunch almost everyday for weeks now lol
Finally got some honey tomatoes to go with the cherry red ones!!! I might had picked a couple a day or two early but I didnt water yesterday and had to give them a good soak today, so I didnt want to risk them splitting open once they soak the water up...
