With all of this A.I and wearable analysis tech that exists, with biometric collection. Youā€™d think someone would have invented a strip that you could wear on your body.

That can be scanned at intervals to find out the dehydration level of your body. Where you might not think you need to consume water but your body says otherwise.

It would drastically help athletes and more, like a gas tank gauge but for human beings.
