Hook was super over at one point but like AEW does they don't follow through and let the talent cool off. They did the same thing with Wardlow.
I was a big fan of Hook initially, but it didn't go anywhere. I actually think he could be cool again with more experience. If he was in NXT with WWE's training, we would see it faster. If what we have heard is true about developing talent in AEW based on Jade's experience, it's not much. That's why I'm glad Jack Perry went to Japan, because you know he will come back hot and with more momentum after the Punk drama.
