the unfit argument …they heard a million times and can create a back and forth and a frustrated judge.

Once a roadmap is laid out with comparisons and show you are not bashing the mother but saying you want to raise a “productive member of society” while showing a consistent income that is not based off the lowest form of the oldest profession.

What can go against it other than a destructive judge?

My point is they are not going to pass any judgement on her hoe'ing in today's society. Just because he can provide *more* doesn't mean she shouldn't have a say in her child's life in the eyes of the court. Being a hoe in America in 2024 does not make someone unfit to be a parent.

Having a say in the raising of a child and raising a child is very different.

Of course but full custody (i.e., physical and legal) means 50 is the one with the kid and the one with all the say in matters pertaining to the kid. Beyond her being a hoe, my question is what exactly is going to make a court side with him? I don't think I've ever seen a court give full custody to one parent based solely off that parent being way wealthier than the other, it's always some form of joint-custody. Only time I've seen full custody give was when there was a parent involved who had been deemed unfit to be a parent.
