Yeah, by proving the other person is unfit? Otherwise what would be the argument against joint custody if the other person were still fit as a parent?
I'm sure he could probably get primary custody if he doesn't already have that based on who can provide better for the child but so long as the courts deem her fit, she would still be able to maintain at minimum joint legal custody with like 3 weekends a month or something.
No court in 2024 is going to give a man full custody because the woman is a hoe.
