I just watched that doc this weekend. If you're talking about Dan Schieneder he was never accused of any sexual assault. Though the shit he had some of those kids doing is wild as hell. The other people actually accused did end up doing time. One of the people is actually in prison for a 2nd time for the same charges.

As for Diddy...this is all some wild shit. But it seems like basically because he was doing this shit in different states that's how it amounts to trafficking.
