other than that, there is no excuse to not just remove yourself from the situation imo.
I know people get angry. I know sometimes we just want to say fuck it and react violently. But as grown human beings living in society, we need to be able to control our emotions and not react violently.
Anyone who cant do that needs to be removed from society.
