Life if I go to church, and I see that im a middle to low class mfer. Then I look around, and I see almost all the other people in my church are middle to low class mfers. And then I see all of us put all this money into the collection plate.

And finally, I see the Bishop come out iced out like a mfer wearing a million dollars?

Ill never be back to that church.

But people be going back to them churches man. And they keep donating to allow these mfers to maintain their life style. Its crazy to me

Curious what his congregation feels about the cost of all that jewelry. I'm sure they've seen it but did they know the bishop and his wife are wearing a million while doing church services?

Bruh, church up in poor ass Saginaw, MI that some of my people go to has a pastor that actually, factually brought his wife on stage, gave her a mink coat talmbout "ain't God good?!". Nigga did the same shit when he copped a brand new Navigator some years back.

I don't understand folks like that. Church we went to before we moved to PHX had a pastor that worked on the line at Chrysler's Warren Truck Assembly plant, lived in a regular crib off west 8 mile in Detroit, and drove an older Saturn. If your pastor ain't living like the rest of us, I don't need to be at your church.

I'm gonna have to find that one thread "thing's you aren't to cool..."
Cause I grew up kinda sorta in the church and didn't know people actually did this till well into adulthood.

Like actually breaking apart your paycheck and giving 10% of it away to church. Always thought it's whatever people could afford. Finding people that actually did this knowing they ain't even had it like that to give in the first place blew my mind.

If the money was actually going back to the community I could respect it.. but more often than not.. it aint.

Niggas might get some potluck grub and some AC in the church but who the hell knows where else that money actually goes.

I gotta disagree on that one..

Some churches will let niggas run the audio and video for the church as tithes... for no gotdamn pay while THEY get paid.

The drummer.. the audio man.. the video guy aint getting paid but the preacher is.. meanwhile none of that shit could happen without them people
