A pregnant woman gets ran over in a Burger King parking lot after participating in the jumpin’ of another female

i have seen ...well not seen.....but heard of woman who will die protecting their child.

In this specific case I don't think they'll be able to prosecute her if the child dies. The only reason for this is because the fight was over and the attackers and the victim parted ways, even if only for a moment. The victim backs out her car and intentionally hits the pregnant attacker after she was no longer in danger, making this a completely different case as it's no longer self defense. If the baby dies, then the driver should be looking at Vehicular Homicide at a minimum.

True, but who would have thought to read a pregnant woman getting charged in that way before, in this day anything seems possible

Because this was not a case of self defense on the part of the chick in the car. Yes, the pregnant broad shouldn't have been fighting, and she put herself in harms way by doing so, however what sets this case apart from the other one is the self-defense aspect of it. The last broad got shot in the middle of a fight that she initiated, this broad ran over the chick after the fight was over and it's that distinction that matters here. Since the chick in the car was no longer under attack when she hit the pregnant broad she becomes an attacker and, as such, now shoulders the charges if that child dies.

Fam, broads can get charged for drunk driving with their kid in the car if that child is killed because of it. In fact, anything you do in negligence or recklessly that results in the death of your own child will get you charged with some form of murder be it Negligent homicide, manslaughter... you gettin hit with something.

re-watch the video and pay close attention to the pavement in the parking lot when she leaves. There's ample room for her to go around them broads without hitting them. They didn't block her in even the slightest.

There's really not much they can do to defend her. She intentionally hit the pregnant broad with her ride and the video backs this up.

"DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Dearborn Heights police are investigating an assault that occurred outside Burger King on West Warren Saturday night.

A cell phone video shows two women, one appearing to be pregnant, getting into a verbal altercation with the driver of an SUV that was parked outside the restaurant.

The video then shows the two women beginning to strike the driver repeatedly.

The driver closes the door and the two women walk away. Then the SUV backs up and accelerates, striking the woman appearing to pregnant on her right side.

Dearborn Heights police told Action News they have identified a suspect and a warrant request will be sent to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.

The condition of the woman struck by the car is not known at this time."

These hoes are different. All I wanted to do when I was pregnant was sleep and eat cake squares. I hope lil mama and the baby are okay despite her dumb ass decision. Hopefully this incident is an eye opener for her.
 
Didn't watch the video.

Obviously she didn't care about the safety of her baby when she joined in. So no...I don't feel sorry for her.

Stupidity and ignorance don't get sympathy.
