I’m glad Pop and those other front office folks told Dell Demps to stand strong and not fold to those wack trade demands. Lakers fans and front office members were trying to punk Demps. He might have lost his job but the Pelicans ended up getting the better of the situation in the end.
Demps I’m sure will get a minor front office job some place to start over. Wouldn’t be surprised is the Spurs reaches out to him in the near future.

A lot of those guys aren’t as good as people make them out to be. They are solid but not great players.
Ingram (before the health issues) looks like he might have potential to be really good but Kuzma is overrated and poor Lonzo, no telling what he is.
They are hyped up because of the market they plan in.

Who stands out the most outside of Ingram?
Kuzma is a chucker who doesn’t play defense and at best is a solid role player. poor Lonzo........ the jury still out on him due to injuries. I think Lonzo in the right situation might be okay but he has to stay healthy.

They actually get their games picked apart way harder than their peers. D’Angelo was the same while here as was Julius.
People harp on their negatives, whereas Boston young guys get coddled, phx guys coddled, etc. Lakers young guys have to come out the gate like KAT, Doncic, Simmons or if not they’re capped out as future role players. While Tatum can have a good game once every two weeks, show a flash here & there and he’s the next great one.
