And adding to her woes, Kelly’s attorney Steve Greenberg on Monday accused Foxx of caving in to pressure from celebrity attorney Michael Avenatti to charge Kelly. Avenatti, who is accused by federal prosecutors in a separate case of trying to shake down shoe company Nike, said he had provided Foxx with a video of Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl.

The praise she received for opening up about being raped as a small child, and then taking on R. Kelly — a Chicago native who had beaten child pornography charges in 2008 — has been drowned out. Her office has been severely criticized by two major legal groups for what they called ethical lapses in the Smollett case.

Kelly’s attorney on Monday asked a judge to order all of Foxx’s communications with Avenatti preserved and suggested that Foxx fed clients to Avenatti.

“They got in bed with Avenatti and Avenatti is toxic,” Kelly attorney Greenberg said in reference to Avenatti’s cooperation with Foxx’s office in the Kelly investigation.

but heres the thing........

if the tape was old..basically the same tape they had the first time when he got off.....and its proven he didnt do this again....

will the public still look at him the same?

people been knew he was a pedo but still chose to support him....the second time , people were like ok im finished.

but i thought both teams needed to see the video and agree for others to see it.

how can you use evidence that the opposing team didnt view?

and since its child porn, its a slippery slope on who can view it,.

"Law enforcement sources tell us federal prosecutors from the Northern District of Illinois will convene a grand jury later this month and offer up witness testimony detailing how Kelly allegedly bought plane tickets and set up hotel rooms for underage girls.

We're told prosecutors will also present emails and text messages that show the coordination Kelly's team used to set up the travel. Additionally, physical evidence will be presented ... which our sources say will include semen-stained clothing.

As we first reported ...the Illinois case is completely separate from 2 other probes currently underway with feds in New York. So, Kelly's mountain of legal trouble could be growing exponentially.

Kellz been asking 4 it for a loooooong fucking time. If the Aliyah situation and the first video/trial didnt wake him up nothing can.

If they have semen stained clothes from a minor it's a wrap. That's what did the president in. If Slick Willy couldn't beat that shit Kellz doesn't stand a chance.
