Being black in America comes with some extra responsibilities... one of them is we are the only race of people who can be guilty of cooning. It's fucked up but it is what it is. We just gotta hold ourselves to a higher standard.
 
Papa John's has been a racist and constantly makes racist comments and endorsements. Shaq seems woke, and I wonder why he decided to help this franchise as people deliberately have been boycotting it and our boycotts have been working and causing Papa John's to lose business. Damn. And this is said from someone who likes Papa John's pizza, but just stopped eating it bc of dude's statements and endorsements. Everybody wants to talk about blacks NOT tipping, but when it comes to fast food and restaurants we keep motherfuckers in business bc we go to those establishments at a rate NO other race does, and we pay their bills. Thus, when we stop eating their food; they go out of business

One time when I first moved to bedstuy I ordered Papa John's and paid with a credit card and tipped so the whole deal was done. The dude showed up to my house and called me and I go out to meet him and even though I lived on the first floor he was sitting in his car and wouldn't get out. I go up to hsi car because I was hungry and this fucker had the nerve to ask me for ID. I was like I'm the guy you called that ordered the pizza and paid for it and he was like "well there's these scammers that live near here that pull shit like this all the time so I gotta know it's really you". I was like "Are they psychic scammers that know when I make an order and then can somehow walk out of my building to your car when you call? Fuck you". I went back in and canceled the order and got a chop cheese from the bodega and it's been fuck Papa John's ever since. That was before the racist shit too. I have no Idea how that place is still in business at least in the hood.

Many fast food places we do keep in business. Even Target took a big hit from our boycotts. Never said we're the only ones keeping them in business, but no race goes out to eat as frequently as much as blacks according to our percentage rates and incomes. This is according to the 2018 CDC report and growing up black in black neighborhoods and watching how much we go out to eat & then going to white communities and being with them and seeing how it's not the same. Our fast food dollar does not trump the White Dollar, but for 13% of the population eating out as much as we do, according to percentages our dollar keep many of them in business far more than if we only ate out as much as other races

I was thinking that too. I remember my early days on the IC I saw the commercial and and I was like "i'm finna make my first IC thread I'm outraged!" but ... lo and behold by the time I logged in the roast was already underway.
