No. I am saying that you can do "religion" and be as far away from God as satan is.
Religion doesn't save anybody.
You have to be born again by calling on the name of Jesus Christ. When you do, He will make Himself real to you and you will never doubt Him again.
But first, you have to believe. Will you believe?

Calling on Jesus Christ to be your LORD and Savior isn't "religion".
it's called a relationship.
Just as you call on people who are close to you and talk to them, that is exactly what calling on Jesus is like.
Except Jesus is always listening, always available, and always willing to answer your heart cry.
You just have to open it up and let Him in. Will you do that today?

The Word that created everything we see became flesh.
The Word is God.
His name is Jesus the Messiah
He came into the world that He created in order to pay the price for the redemption of our souls. That price was His blood.
His flesh died on the cross and in His death all of our sins were placed upon Him.
He became sin even though He never personally committed any sin.
Thus He is qualified to be the perfect lamb of God which takes away the sin of the world.
3 days after His death He rose from the dead with all power.
His death, burial, and resurrection is the good news that saves anyone who will believe.
The only question is will you believe?

In other words: A person doesn't need to know, or have the "Spirit of Christ" to be worthy of the grace of God and granted passage into Heaven. If, by nature, you follow the laws of God, even if you've never heard of Jesus or even God himself, then you are not going to have that held against you when the time comes.
