Jacksonville got the talent but not the coaching. There he would only be slightly better than Bortles, as they would at least score touchdowns.

Flores ain't bout grooming no rookie, or coddling no weakwilled vet..he wanna show results immediately which requires a nice safe ball management qb...

I think they draft a qb that doesn't have mass appeal but is very accurate
 
shannon sharpe made a great point about metcalf.

he finished in the bottom 3rd in the 3 cone drill and 20 yard shuffle and runs stiff.

he's concerned with him getting in and out of breaks and how seasoned DBs will break on his routes picking off QBs or breaking the pass up

Thats the only think I check for when it comes to DBs and WRs
