speaking of the 25th amendment....the votes aren't there from the Senate because you need 2/3 of the Senate to vote yes or 66 votes. There are currently are 45 Democrats, 52 Republicans and 2 Independent Senators......please keep in mind the same numbers are needed for impeachment also. The best option is to vote him out in 2020.
