RIP Mac Miller

Just listened to Macadelic for 1st time

Dope project. After listening to that and FACES for 1st time i see the relationship he had with drugs.

Swimming still my favorite project tho. No skips No features
 
I thought Tom Petty was just old and had a heart attack.

I didnt hear anything in the media about drugs when he died
 
I'm kinda confused what his demons were. I'm not sure it was just his addiction or he had issues growing up but it doesn't seem like his childhood was bad.

I used to listen to mac Miller but I stopped checking on him for some reason. I've been listening to good am and swimming the past couple of days. I miss out on those albums but he was a cool rapper.

It was mainly addiction but he'd been talking about having trouble dealing w/ the fame too and this was before he had even gotten with ole girl but just imagine how out in the spotlight he was during and after that relationship.

At the end of the day I think he just wanted to make music and share it with the world without all the extra shit. He had even said in a past interview that he didnt wanna be the rapper known for drugs or for a certain kind of music. He didnt wanna be inside of a box or labeled
 
Like someone said earlier it'll be interesting to see what the results are from the toxicology report

Not trying to sound narcissistic but some of us can. I don't smoke or drink but I have vices. We all bask in our vices to avoid feelings. Sad thing is some folks bask in vices that are detrimental to their health in a quick timely manner.
