I think I would have been more amped for Captain Marvel if they had used one of the first two versions, Mar Vell or Monica Rambeau, instead of the blonde white broad.

And to be truthful, Monica's the best one to put in the MCU because she ultimately leads the Avengers for quite some time and her abilities and cosmic level of awareness would make her a damned good match for Thanos.

I'm sure I'm in the minority but I'd rather see her introduced as Spectrum(the alias I like the best), her own character.

I think you're missing the Wonder Woman effect that this movie will have. A lot of female's will show up to see a strong female character, like they did for wonder Woman

I'm not going to lie I'll be there to see it because my son will want to go but I'm not pressed to see it. Especially since it's a prequel to Infinity Wars and based in the 90's. I've grown to hate origin stories

DC biggest misstep was not starting the dceu with the dark Knight trilogy.

Had they had the foresight to build off that we'd be even...
