What kind?

A lil pilsner.

Still running off of the LBK and I had the Czech Pilsner sittin off. Figured I'd go ahead and make it. I'll probably do either ginger beer or a hard cider from scratch next time around. I've done ginger beer in the past, it's actually really easy to make. I just want to ratchet up the spiciness of it on the next batch.

@konceptjones @Ghost313 @wadupdoe!313 I've been thinking about investing into yall city for years now. I never really pursued it tho. Do yall think buying real estate property in Detroit is a good idea right now?
What up fam. It's still opportunities here to invest, but the profit margin is smaller than it was years back. The inner city is where you will want to focus. The only thing is that you HAVE to have someone in or watching your property because it will get stripped.

Honestly, I've been giving it a thought myself. The City has really no where to go but up at this point. Just gotta get in the right neighborhood.

That's the primary reason why I wanna put some money into the city now. Catch them prices low & invest, so when yall city boom again then my money will appreciate

I wish Britt still stayed through there; Hopefully, I'll find somebody to keep eyes on the property. I wouldn't mind commuting there to back down south to every couple months in between. I'm pursuing to set up my life like that I can have the luxury of doing that. I been doing my homework & it looks like areas like Brightmoor, Burbank, Ravendale, State Fair, Grixdale Farm, Petosky, NW Goldberg & Westwood Park are the abandoned neighborhoods in Detroit.
