Leaked Photos Show Asia Argento in Bed With Underaged Accuser, Actress Admits to Sexual Encounter in Texts

One day after issuing a strongly-worded denial on the sexual assault claims against her, photos and text messages were published which show actress and director Asia Argento in bed with her underaged accuser and admitting to a sexual encounter with the 17 year-old.

As part of a report published Wednesday, TMZ obtained texts from Argento to a friend in the wake of the New York Times story which detailed the assault claims of actor Jimmy Bennett, and the $380,000 he was paid to keep quiet. In the texts, Argento wrote, “I had sex with him it felt weird. I didn’t know he was a minor until the shakedown letter.”

Additionally, the lead photo of the TMZ story shows Argento and Bennett in bed together.

In her statement of denial on Tuesday, Argento claimed she never had an encounter with Bennett.

“I have never had any sexual relationship with Bennett,” Argento said.

In a subsequent text published by TMZ, Argento wrote, “The public knows nothing, only what NYT wrote. Which is one sided. The shakedown letter. The horny kid jumped me.”

Argento added in a later text message that she did not believe the encounter was rape.

Meaning, a grown woman who has sex with an underage boy should be punished just as harshly as a grown man who has sex with an underage girl.


However, legalities aside...........it's far worse for a grown man to have sex with a 17yr old girl than it is for a grown woman to have sex with a 17yr old boy.


The only way I would think a 17yr old boy is just as much a victim as a 17yr old girl would be if his assailant was a grown man.


Granted, it's not politically correct.......but I'd venture to guess that's how most people feel as well.

We gotta lose that mentality fam. Shit is really no different.

Young chicks do pursue older dudes in the same way that young dudes go after older chicks. I can remember overhearing chicks in class back in high school talmbout what teacher they wanted to fuck, that shit happens. The mentality is the same and the reactions can be the same: In a lot of cases the young dude falls for the older woman hard just like the young chick can. We've just been living by society's spin on what really happens and taking that to be the truth instead of really taking a moment to reflect on how this shit actually plays out.

Agreed. When nighas rationalize or say it aint the same if the genders switch its saying the shit is ok. They both 17 their minds are the same way.

when her "supporters" come to her defense and say shit like "don't jump to conclusions" or other shit like that it does everything to discredit the movement.

We (the public) were expected to believe the accusers of every man out there that has gone through the perp walk with MeToo.
Now one of them stands accused, and they're asking for "patience" and to "wait for the whole story to come out".
The very same thing we were saying from jump when men were in the hot seat and we were labeled as sympathizers of rapists is now the same thing they're saying.

It's all good until the shoe is on the other foot. Ain't no fun when the rabbit has the gun, is it?

Bro its assholes on both sides on social media. Im a regular person so idgaf bout how people reacted on social media. Im not gonna let peoples reactions on social media change my opinion for either side.

Her raping dont mean she didnt get raped.

She got raped, hope harvey weinsten goes to jail.

Mostly I hope more people from both genders keep going after their accusers.

Why is this the narrative trying to be pushed??? Not one time has anyone said she didn't get raped!

What difference does it even make if she was or wasn't? That ain't the topic of discussion. What we're talking about is what she stands accused of AND has admitted doing: raping a minor.

Again, "legally" it's the same.


But it's not the same in terms of what is actually happening in each encounter.


Penetration is the the deciding factor that differentiates the 2 encounters.


A 17yr old young man penetrating a grown woman is not going to be perceived the same way as a 17yr old girl being penetrated by a grown man.


Granted, they're both victims of........"statutory".........rape, but.........from a physical standpoint...........you can't be raped in the truest sense of the word unless you're being forcibly penetrated against your will.


Slightly off topic, but if he ended up getting her pregnant.........he wouldn't be perceived as a victim enough to stop the courts from being able to put him on child support.


It wouldn't be right to do that to a "victim"..........so let's not act like he's going to get the same treatment as a woman who was raped.
