If it's a residential house then the loophole would be just to put it on a sticky note and put it on your door. Driver most likely isn't going to care where they got it from

An apartment complex with a package room would be more difficult. You'd have to have it delivered to your door and a lot of times they don't do that

I’m noticing something and it only stands out as odd to me because of America. I’m noticing that recently. When politicians and people in the government go to committee meetings, hearings, or private government things.

They are on camera with a surprising number of black men and women on their staff. And it seems to be a greater number of this among republicans.

I just find that really strange. And it can’t be for optics because for who they lean towards for views. Those optics are bad.
