I just heard someone talking about a different button scenario.

What if every capable human being on Earth (i.e., no babies) had to make a choice between pushing two buttons:
Blue Button - if over 50% of people push it, everyone on Earth survives
Red Button - if over 50% of people push it, all the people that push the Blue Button die

Which button would you push?
