Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select has learned that a WWE Saturday Night's Main Event is planned for July 18 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. This falls on the same weekend as Fanatics Fest, which WWE will heavily be involved in.
WWE last held Saturday Night's Main Event at Madison Square Garden in August 2007. It will be only the second time it's ever happened there. It will be the first live edition.

Gunther has not been seen since unmasking Dragon Lee. One source noted that having Gunther miss WrestleMania that it wouldn't benefit anyone involved.
Gunther was expected by many to face Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania, but Mysterio is battling a rib injury.

Chelsea Green was adamant that she wanted to remain on-screen while injured, and WrestleVotes reports that she's planned to remain a prominent character on Smackdown and AAA.
Chelsea Green sustained an injury in early February.

The shit that creative is doing with Gunther right now is ridiculous. After WrestleMania dude needs to be moved over to Smackdown. They built this guy to be a 'career killer' only to do nothing with him going into WM.
The WM plans for Gunther, Oba, Brock, etc., and all the big time guys should have been set by late last year.

If anything setting plans up way out in advance is a toss up cause shit happens.
Gunther was set to face Rey, who knows how long that was planned but also Rey is injury prone.
A better example is they planned Cody / Punk and Roman / Seth for Mania 42 as far back as last year. Seth getting hurt along the way fucked all that up.
They dont seem to have contingency plans set in the event that their primary plans get messy.
