Every time i've tried to access it it's been at capacity. Wanted to make a thread on it but I dont have permissions at the moment.

I don't get how hitting him in the face with a dirty mop is "deserved". Thats a crazy escalation and I wouldn't go for it no matter what I did. Thats all im saying.
