In a guest starring role, Coy will play the new character of ‘Waylon Sanders,’ an intelligent survivor or a nervous truck driver. Age and real name unknown, he’s unbound by the laws of nature.
 


Ben-Victor willl play Antaan, an extraterrestrial devoted to exposing the truth and exacting vengeance against those who wronged his people. Consumed by a deep and unrelenting hatred for the law, he is determined to deliver justice on his own terms.
 
Didn't think about it until just now but honestly always thought the suit was from the ring with how it's always put on and taken off kind of instantly in the animated movies/tv shows. Seeing it physically hung up in a closet was weird to me. I'm not the biggest Lantern fan though so maybe it is like that
 
Yeah i always assumed the costume came on when the ring powered up.

I got mixed feelings so far. I dont mean that in a bad way though. It looks like it could be a great show and just based off the writers/producers it could have a really great story. Im slightly disappointed at just how grounded the show seems so far though. Can't say much as that was just a teaser and I know GL has plenty of earth based stories, but when I think of green lanterns best moments and what really gets me excited about the character, its almost always off planet.

Love that it's a more mature show though and it kind of does have that true detective vibe like they said it would. Interesting to see how it will fit as a superhero show.

Yeah why do you need a Green Lantern to investigate some small town shit? Seems a bit overkill to have someone that powerful doing work on that small a scale.

I’ll give it a chance though cause I can overlook that if the acting and story are good.
